A high-level team from the Port of Sur led by Mr.Hilal Al Ahasni, Chairman, PEI encompassing his staff of the Project Development Suez Capital Ltd and the consultants FGTC and Idom, visited the Port of Marseilles as guests of the French Government. Apart from seeing the Port operations, they were also hosted by Madam Christine Woehrel, CEO of the Ports Authority. The team was also hosted by Mr.Farid Salem, Chairman of CMA-CGM and the management team. The Port of Sur team made a presentation about the plans for the new port and invited CMA-CGM to consider using the port when completed.
